    the New River Valley and along I-77.
  • WHEN…Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
  • IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS….Visibilities will change quickly over
    short distances, especially near rivers and lakes.
