Crime Stoppers And Sheriff’s Office Seek Help With NCDOT Station Break In, Power Tools Stolen

High Country Crime Stoppers and the Watauga County Sheriff's Office seek the public’s assistance in solving the following crime:

On April 11, 2016, the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) station located at 1989 US HWY 194 North was broken into and several power tools were stolen.  On a later date, April 30, 2016, the same building was broken into and more power tools were stolen.  All power tools were engraved with “DOT”  and a number on each tool.
