On Monday, January 30, 2017, a female suspect entered the Mast General Store on King Street. The suspect entered the dressing room with three jackets, including a navy-blue Patagonia jacket. Upon exiting the dressing room, the suspect had concealed the new jacket, leaving her old jacket on a hanger, in the anticipation it would be confused for the one she had concealed.
