Country music star, and American Idol 10th season winner, Scotty McCreery choose a location near Grandfather Mountain to propose to his long time girlfriend Gabi Dugal this week.
“I’ve been planning this moment for so long that it feels surreal for it to have finally happened,” McCreery said in a press release. He added, “Gabi is the perfect girl and my true love, and I cannot wait to begin building our life together as husband and wife.” The couple have known each other since kindergarten.
Gabi Dugal is a pediatric cardiac nurse at Duke University Hospital. The wedding is planned for 2018
