Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly spent Saturday in the area.
He had breakfast in Blowing Rock and lunch in Boone, according to Facebook posts by two local venus. Kuechly was voted to the NFL Pro Bowl this weekend in Orlando, but an unspecified injury left him unable to attend.
