    Bland, Grayson, Smyth, Tazewell, and Wythe Counties. In West
    Virginia, Mercer, Summers, and Western Greenbrier Counties.
  • WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
  • IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
    limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
