Watauga County Crimestoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s assistance in solving the following crime:
At approximately 3:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 16th the Gold and Closeout Connection pawn shop was broken into. The pawn shop, located near the intersection of Highway 421 and the Highway 105 extension in Boone, was forcibly entered through the front door. Surveillance video shows a dark colored sport utility vehicle or pickup pull in front of the business, then three black males entering the store and taking guns and jewelry.
The men are pictured wearing similar blue hooded jackets and jeans or camouflage pants, gloves, and ball caps.

Crimestoppers pays rewards for information, which leads to arrests; recovery of stolen property; seizure of drugs and the location of wanted persons.
