northwest North Carolina, south central Virginia and southwest
Virginia.
.DAY ONE…This afternoon and tonight.
There is a Slight Risk of Excessive Rainfall through tonight.
Heavy rainfall at times may lead to isolated flooding possible.
Strong wind gusts are possible through early Tuesday morning.
This may result in power outages and isolated downed trees,
especially at higher elevations.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday.
Moderate to heavy rainfall will be possible Tuesday which may result
in isolated flooding.
