6:50am – getting several reports via social media about temperatures at or close to 32 degrees on the eastern end of the county, while most of the western end of the county appears to be in the middle to upper 30s. Here are some of the early morning reports coming in

8:35am – BREMCO IS reporting that power is all restored from a high of 1,300 members who were affected early this morning when a vehicle hit a Cable Vision line in Ashe County and caused a power outage. It affected power to an entire circuit, so some members in Watauga and Wilkes were also affected but all power is currently reported as restored.
