There may have been a lack of snow in December, but January and February are trying to make up for it. There were 14 days in January where snow was visible in the NWS National Operational Hydrologic Remote Sensing Center maps. So far for February, as of the 17th, there have been 9 days. In comparison January 2015 recorded 12 days and February 22 days.
