following counties, Alleghany NC and Ashe and southwest Virginia,
including the following county, Grayson. - WHEN…Until 500 PM EDT.
- IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. - ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
- At 151 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages…
Bear Branch, Beaverdam Creek, Elk Creek, Grassy Creek, Bridle
Creek, Brush Creek, Little Peach Bottom Creek, Crab Fork,
