Update 3:45 pm from Boone Police – a person of interest has been identified.
The Boone Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to identify a person of interest in the following incident.
On July 12, 2023, a white male entered Night Secrets, located at 1126 Blowing Rock Road. While in the store, the male concealed a pair of exotic men’s underwear beneath his clothing. The male left the business without paying for the underwear.
While in the store, the male wore a baseball cap, a blue short sleeve shirt, and blue jeans. The male appears to have short hair and a medium length beard.
