The annual downtown Boone Christmas parade will take place on Saturday December 5 with step off at 11 am.
The parade route will change a bit from years past. This year's parade will organize at 9 am and beginĀ at 11 am at the Watauga Co. Social Services/Health Dept. complex off the Poplar Grove extension. The parade will then travel east on King St. concluding at the ASU Legends parking lot off of Hardin St. This is a bit of a change from the previous route which started at Horn In The West and concluded at the Health Department.
