* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total ice accumulations between one to two tenths of an inch, and sleet accumulations of less than a quarter-inch expected.

Greatest icing expected from the southern Blue Ridge Mountains from Watauga to Carrol Counties.

* WHERE…Summers and Mercer Counties in West Virginia,

Bland, Wythe, Carroll and Grayson counties in Virginia,

and the foothills and Blue Ridge counties in North Carolina.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Isolated tree damage and power outages possible.
