Winter Storm Warning For The High Country, Accumulations Could Reach Double Digits

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for all of western North Carolina, and expanding into the Foothills and Piedmont.

Snow totals are forecast to range from 7 to 11 inches for the High Country. The snow is forecast to be heavy and starting on Monday morning and lasting into Tuesday morning.
