2:20 – Twitter report “Took 45 minutes to get from Boone to Foscoe”
2:19 – still lots of afternoon traffic in the area. 105 and Valle Crucis area still appear to be the most congested.

12noon By far the worse traffic areas right now appear to be 105 and Valle Crucis
10:58am – Getting another report of hwy105 already backed up bumper to bumper
10:35am – Getting report of traffic at a crawl on Rock Crusher Hill (highway 105). Pretty safe bet it's not much better the whole way to Banner Elk.
