Summer break is almost here for local school districts as one system is already out.
Johnson County Tennessee schools released on May 16, with graduation held on May 14.
Avery County will follow suit with their last day on Friday June 3 with graduation that same night, weather permitting, at Avery High Stadium.
Ashe County last day of school for students is June 7, with graduation on Friday June 3.
The last day for Watauga County is Friday June 10, with graduation ceremonies on Saturday June 11 at 10am in the Holmes Convocation Center.
