High Country Crime Stoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s assistance in solving the following crime:
On Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at approximately 10:12 AM, one of the co-owners of Hands Craft Gallery, 543 West King Street, disturbed two individuals as they were spray painting graffiti or “tagging” on the exterior of the building. The co-owner was able to use his cellular phone to photograph these two individuals.
