The National Weather Service in Blacksburg has issued a Freeze
Watch, which is in effect from late Saturday night through Sunday
morning.

* Temperatures…Around 28 to 32.

* Timing…Midnight Saturday night through late Sunday morning.

* Impacts…Could kill sensitive outdoor plants if left uncovered
or out of doors.

* Locations…Ashe and Watauga Counties of North Carolina and
Tazewell, Smyth, Bland, and Grayson Counties of Virginia.

* Hazards…Widespread sub-freezing temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Freeze Watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
