Meat Camp and Todd Fire Departments were dispatched to a car sinking in high waters on a local road Monday evening.
According to a scanner dispatch just after 7pm the car was in the 1100 block of River Road, and due to the high water Meat Camp Fire had to respond via Castle Ford Road. The female driver was able to make it out of the vehicle safely, with the assistance of EMS.
