According to the Valle Country Fair website “Clark's Creek Road will be ONE WAY ONLY from Foscoe to Valle Crucis on Fair Day. Guests wishing to drive to Foscoe after departing the Fair will be sent to via Broadstone Road to NC 105 and then south to Foscoe.”
