* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Watauga County in northwestern North Carolina...

* Until 1230 AM EDT Friday

* At 629 PM EDT, Doppler radar and rain gage reports indicate that
  successive several rounds of thunderstorms this afternoon and
  evening have produced rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches across the
  warned area...and additional heavy rain is falling. Flash flooding
  is expected to begin shortly.
