The Jones House, the Library, the Post Office, and several downtown business will be handing out alternative treats for children with food allergies as a part of the Teal Pumpkin Project. These businesses can be identified by a teal pumpkin outside their doors.

King Street (from Appalachian to Waters Street) will be closed from 4:30- 6:00 p.m. to help ensure pedestrian safety and allow for safe and fun trick-or-treating for everyone.

We ask all Boone BOO! participants to be mindful and considerate of our younger participants when planning their costumes to help ensure a fun, family-friendly event for all. We hope you will join us for an afternoon of Halloween fun.
